Cate Boleyn

Cate Boleyn has 10 years’ experience as a rent roll and real estate agency broker, focusing on Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and other areas of Queensland. Cate can sell everything from small bolt-on rent rolls to full agencies with substantial rent rolls on a walk-in-walk-out basis. She has the capacity to sell agencies and rent rolls on or off the market, depending on the requirements of the sale.

Cate began working in the real estate industry in 1997, taking on corporate administration roles that specialised in the set up and implementation of office systems and practices. After becoming a registered salesperson in the early 2000s, Cate went on to work in sales and property management in rural south east Queensland.

During a hiatus from real estate, Cate earned an Arts degree from The University of Queensland before living overseas and working as a marketing professional for several companies.

After joining the team in 2012, Cate became a fully licensed real estate agent and is now the Principal Licensee of QLD Rent Roll Brokers. Cate has been a finalist in the 2018, 2020, 2021, and 2022 REIQ Awards for Excellence – Business Broker of the Year category.
