I founded Hallmark Business Sales in 1993 and it is the oldest established brand in the industry. I am a qualified accountant and certified business valuer with a history of high level corporate banking within Australia.
In 1996 I franchised the Hallmark Business Sales System and also published its first magazine with businesses for sale and articles on selling a business.
