Tom Cimino

Tom has been a member of Core Business Brokers for the last four years. He holds a Class 1 Real Estate Agent, Business Brokers Licence and a Diploma in Financial Services. He brings the group many years of Banking & Finance experience having held Management and Senior Management positions with a major Australian Bank including a senior Management position with an Italian Merchant Bank which was established in Siena 1472.

Tom’s Banking & Finance experience hold him in good stead as he has an excellent understanding of the daily pressures endured by small/medium businesses who make up a major portion of the Australian economy. It has been reported that around $418 billion, equivalent to 32.0% of Australia’s total economy is contributed from this factor. Therefore, it is paramount that when a small/medium business owner is ready to sell their hard worked business that the business is well prepared for sale in order to achieve the best possible financial outcome. Tom would be delighted to work with business owners and prepare the business for sale under agreement with the business owners. Sometimes, small changes and timing of placing a business on the market for sale can result in significant positive outcomes for the owner.

Tom has been a Northern Beaches Resident from a young age and was educated in local primary and secondary schools.
