Ziggy Frankenfeld

Ziggy commenced his career in Corporate Finance as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Whinney (now E&Y). He has extensive experience in executive leadership roles (Chairman, CEO, COO, CFO and M&A Specialist) in both privately owned and listed corporations (IT, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Legal and Consulting).

Since qualifying in 1985, Ziggy has been involved in or led the purchase and sale of over 450 companies, valuations, mergers, and listings. As a corporate advisor his current focus is on mid-market transactions ranging from $1m to $50m and above. In more recent years he has spent time advising on business sales in the SME sector before refocusing back to his first love, corporate advisory transactions.

In his spare time, Ziggy likes working as a mentor to young entrepreneurs and assisting business owners developing exit strategies.
