Stellarossa HQ provides advice, skills, guidance and support on the best way to promote to their audience, and provides tools and collateral for local and network marketing campaigns. Stellarossa offers extensive training to ensure you have all the skills to build up the perfect café operation. New staff, even with industry experience, are trained in the ‘Stellarossa’ way. Training for new Franchisees commences at Stellarossa HQ in Brisbane for 1 week, followed with practical training in our corporate store for 1 week to get real hands on experience, and then our highly skilled Operations Team support you and your new team in your new café until you’re settled in. Industry or small business experience is not essential, but helpful. An outgoing and friendly personality, and a willingness to learn, is a must – we can teach you the rest!
