I am a staunch negotiator and when this skill is combined with my ability to provide highly accurate appraisals the outcome is excellent sales results, often exceeding my vendor’s expectations. I strive to obtain the best possible price for every property I sell.
My areas of specialty include home styling and property development where I work closely with property developers and builders to ensure client satisfaction. Due to my long term involvement in real estate I have a network of reliable tradespersons who I can refer you to, helping to get your property in top shape ready for sale. If you need decorating or renovation advice I am happy to assist there too.
Small business enterprises pique my interest and I enjoy being involved and supporting them wherever possible. Outside of real estate I enjoy sport and I am a keen wakeboarder. If I’m not on the water I can be found on the sidelines of the soccer pitch where my son plays for White city football club.
