Paul has over 30 years business management experience holding senior National Sales and Operations roles within Australian and International listed companies, most recently with the Bapcor group. Paul’s experience also includes a long-term management role within a privately owned family business.
Having had experience with numerous acquisitions of privately owned companies and selling a family business, Paul has a great understanding of both the sellers needs and buyer’s expectations.
Paul has developed a diverse depth of business knowledge through his experience in senior management teams leading many strategic growth projects including acquisitions, greenfield expansion, mergers, portfolio expansion and restructuring.
Paul’s strong negotiation skills have been further enhanced through managing both supplier and customer contracts, including Defence, Mining Companies and Vehicle Equipment OEM’s.
