As a highly experienced and passionate individual in the hospitality industry, my journey started as a child working in my father’s takeaways in Toowoomba during school holidays. Over the past 15 years, I have worked my way up the ranks in the industry, starting as a delivery driver, area manager, General Manager, and consultant. Today, I am a proud owner of several successful restaurants in Brisbane.
My expertise spans across all areas of hospitality management, including marketing, menu development, landlord and supplier negotiations, leasing, fit-outs, and daily operations. As a local Brisbane native, I possess an in-depth understanding of the current restaurant, cafe, and bar scene, as well as its future direction for the greater Brisbane region.
My background in finance, coupled with my organizational skills and knowledge of successfully running small businesses, has allowed me to closely experience building, buying, and selling multiple businesses in Brisbane. This process has greatly expanded my knowledge, and I am now in a position to share this expertise with others.
As a current business owner and worker in the hospitality industry, I have personally experienced the challenges and rewards that come with it.
