After a long career as a self-employed solicitor in Melbourne concentrating on conveyancing and finance, Phil is now a licensed Business Broker. Phil and his family have owned and worked in a successful cafe, a licensed vineyard in the north-east of Victoria and a successful landscaping business. Consequently, included in Phil’s varied skill-base is a knowledge of the purchase and sale of farm equipment, big and small. He is also familiar with the motor car industry.
Phil has an extensive background in real estate development and financing, including flats, villa units, motels and hotels. He has an understanding of the importance of assisting both vendors and buyers through the process of selling and acquiring a business
Phil’s recreation revolves around watching his kids at AFL footy, cycling and winter sports.
