Stuart McLachlan has been a Registered Business Broker since 2003, passionately engaged in business appraisals and sales across a diverse spectrum of industries, including service, retail, hospitality, manufacturing, import, wholesale, distribution, and the burgeoning online and e-commerce sectors.

During his time as a Business Broker, Stuart has successfully appraised and sold over 200 businesses. With a solid foundation in accounting, Stuart brings a unique advantage to the table, skillfully deciphering financial reports and offering value-added services to his clients.

Stuart is also a registered Business Valuer with the Australian Institute of Business Brokers and has completed valuations for many purposes including acquisitions, mergers and sales of businesses, taxation, litigation, insolvency proceedings and financial reporting.
